I’D LIKE…TO HAVE IT
Shopping in Sibiu is pleasure. And we feel called upon again and again to offer ourselves something new and exciting. Due to its growth as the fifth most important economic region in Romania we sometimes feel we have to indulge ourselves. You should indulge too – go shopping – and along with the many impressions and unforgettable flair of our city take back home with you something to remind you of us.
The stores situated in the historical center are usually opened from 10 am to 7 pm during working days. Nicolae Balcescu St. remains the main commercial street where one can find clothing, shoes, book shops, jewelry and souvenirs as well as numerous banks, coffee houses and restaurants.

The largest fruit and vegetable market in Sibiu is situated at the end of Turnului Street, near the Cibin Bridge- open daily.
Obor fair situated at the exit towards Medias, on the right hand side, organizes every Sunday morning the flee market and the used cars market. Entrance fee 1 leu.
Another interesting store to visit is Dumbrava, situated near the city center.
