Between the 4th to 20th September, in Sibiu will take place the first edition of Transilvania Gastronomy – Food Culture Festival, the first Festival of Culture for Transylvanian Gourmet, organized by My Transylvania. The festival aims to discover and understand the genuine local cuisine through culinary events, but also to invite the interested public and experts to participate and create a regional gastronomic identity.
